The Diocesan Education Department is dedicated to holistic formation, aiming to cultivate both the intellect and the spirit of individuals to foster outstanding character, personality, and citizenship. In fulfilling the Mandate of Christ, which calls for the evangelization of all people through education and training, the department collaborates with several associations. These include: Catholic Secondary Schools Principals Association (CASPA), Catholic Private Educational Institutions Association (CAPEIA), Catholic Public Schools Heads Association (CAPSHA), and Catholic Teachers Association (CTA). It is headed by an Education Secretary and a Religious Education Advisor (REA).
