RESOURCE MOBILIZATION
- Refers to all activities involved in securing new and additional resources for the Catholic Diocese of Eldoret.
- It also involves making better use of, and maximizing existing resources.

- Allows for improvements and transparency of resources at our disposal
- Healthy relationship with donors/ partners
- Encourages trust between the Catholic Diocese of Eldoret and other stakeholders
- Create a systematic way of raising resources

Resource Mobilization Mandate
- Advice on resource mobilization strategy that includes securing new, diverse and additional resource to Catholic Diocese of Eldoret.
- Conduct research on potential donors/ partners and individual and advice accordingly.
- Organize resource mobilization events for Catholic Diocese of Eldoret
- Develop a resource mobilization manual that includes standard operating procedures that can be used by Catholic Diocese of Eldoret and propose it to the Bishop.
- Study, approve and recommend to Bishop projects for the Diocese based on the priorities of the Diocese.
- Create a Catholic professional group.
